Spending time outside is a great way for you to get exercise in without even thinking about it.
Some people give up on exercising because they tried the gym or treadmill and decided it is not for them and quit shortly after. Before you get to that point of just giving up, explore what kind of exercise it is you like and enjoy, and try and stay active that way. If the gym is not the place that will keep you motivated to continue and stay active, consider taking that walk outside and breath in some fresh air. Enjoy what nature offers, after all…it is free!
