Tomato and Carrot Juice Recipe
This amazing, fresh tasting juice is filled with great Vitamins such as Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and also contains potassium and dietary fiber that helps promote your digestive health. If you suffer from constipation, this can be a great aid to benefit your system.
Vitamin filled juice.
1 cup (chopped) Organic Tomatoes
1 cup (grated) Organic Carrots
5 ounces (cold) Drinking Water
3 tablespoons (raw) Organic Honey
2 ice cubs
HOW TO MAKE:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve while cold.
