Eat Right Fit Right | Healthy Weight Loss
A great meal for your great family! This is a quick and healthy pasta meal the whole family can enjoy!
Pesto Pasta, great and healthy for the whole family!
1 pound pasta (small shaped)
2 cups roma tomatoes (cut in half)
12 ounces mozzarella cheese (chopped)
3 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 ounces basil pesto
2 cups lettuce (your choice)
How to make:
Prepare the pasta by following the directions that is on the box.
While waiting for your pasta to cook, chop your tomatoes and mozzarella in half and put them to a side.
Use a large bowl to combine the cooked pasta, pesto, mozzarella, black pepper and garlic.
Layer your favorite lettuce on the bottom of your serving dish and add your pasta. Garnish with your Roma tomatoes to bring out the flavor. Now, sit back and enjoy your well deserved meal!
