These yummy carrots are so easy to prepare and kids absolutely love it! Healthy honey roasted carrots are filled with vitamin A that is great to improve your kids’ vision and improve his or her immune system .
Roasted carrots can be a great addition to any meal for a little something sweet!
10 carrots (peeled or unpeeled)
6 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice the carrots lengthwise and place into a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well until the carrots are completely covered with olive oil. Pour the honey on the carrots and season with cinnamon evenly. Spread carrots out in a single layer and not stacked on each other.
Bake in the preheated oven until your desired taste for about 40 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes.
