The green-shake that will boost your energy while strengthen your immune system!

Smoothies and shakes can be a great master plan for boosting energy levels, creating a stronger immune system and building strength, but note that it has to be done correctly!
Drinking a nutrition-full smoothie can help keep you feel fuller and more energized for longer periods of time. Healthy smoothies consist of a good source of fiber, protein and vitamins.

Healthy Drink

Boost your energy and strengthen your immune system with this healthy shake.

Apples are fat free, sodium free and has zero cholesterol while peaches also contains 0 grams of cholesterol and sodium. Peaches also provides a dose of daily Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
Blueberries is very high in fiber therefore it makes you feel fuller for longer. Let’s make a smoothie from these yummy fruits.

SERVE 1 - 2


1/2 cup Probiotic – Mango Yogurt

1/2 bottle (7.6oz) Odwalla – original superfood – fruit smoothie

1/2 Apple

1/2 Peach

1 tbsp Raw Honey

1/2 cup 1% milk (or as preffered)

2 ice cubs


Step 1

Add all of your ingredients together in a blender.

Step 2

Blend till smooth.

Serve in a glass and enjoy!
