Low calorie count cuisine
1/2 Avocado mashed
1/2 tbs Lemon juice
1/2 cup Fresh Spinach leaves
1x slice whole wheat toast
Mash avocado with your fork and add the lemon juice giving it another stir to blend.
Place avocado on top of the slice of toast, then top with your fresh spinach leaves.
