This is a easy 2-step recipe full of great nutrition for a splendid breakfast or lunch.

SERVE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Avocado mashed

1/2 tbs Lemon juice

1/2 cup Fresh Spinach leaves

1x slice whole wheat toast

HOW TO MAKE:

Step 1

Mash avocado with your fork and add the lemon juice giving it another stir to blend.

Step 2

Place avocado on top of the slice of toast, then top with your fresh spinach leaves.
