Advocado spinach smoothie

The greener, the leaner with this super avocado and spinach smoothie! 

SERVE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 avocado

1 cup spinach (chopped)

1 frozen banana

1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons water

HOW TO MAKE:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Sit back, relax and enjoy!
