1. BLUEBERRY & BANANA TOAST

This is a great breakfast filled with fiber and potassium!

SERVE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 slice whole grain bread (toasted)

1 medium-size banana

7-10 blueberries

2 tablespoons honey

HOW TO MAKE:

Top your toast starting with the banana and then blueberries. Drizzle the honey on top and serve.

2. FRUIT BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kiwi

4 strawberries 

6-7 blueberries

1/2 grapefruit

4 small watermelon slices

3 red cherries

2 raspberries

Add all the fruit to your bowl and start your brand new day out healthy!

3. OATMEAL AND RED BERRIES

SERVE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup cooked old fashioned oats

1 tsp vanilla extract

3-4 strawberries (cut)

2-3 raspberries

1 tablespoon cashew pieces

3 tbs homey

HOW TO MAKE:

In a medium-size breakfast bowl add your cooked oatmeal and fold in the vanilla and honey. Top with strawberries, raspberries and cashew pieces. Ready to serve and start your day!

4. BANANA OATMEAL SMOOTHIE

SERVE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium-sized banana

1tsp organic peanut butter

1tbs honey

1/4 cup raw old fashioned oatmeal

1 ice cube (optional)

HOW TO MAKE:

Add all the ingredients together in your blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.

5. AVOCADO AND SPINACH TOAST

SERVE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 medium-sized avocados (mashed with a fork)

spinach leaves (desired amount)

sesame seeds  (desired amount)

2 slices whole grain bead  (toasted)

HOW TO MAKE:

Start by topping your slices with the spinach leaves and spreading the avocado on top. Season with sesame seeds and serve.
