This amazing, good tasting smoothie will help build your muscles and strengthen your bones, cartilage and skin.

Your body needs great amounts of this micro-nutrients due to the fact that your body doesn’t store up protein. Protein helps repair damaged tissue in your body that is sometimes harmed during exercise. A well balanced eating plan containing protein can also help your body feel full and reduce the feelings of hunger.

SERVE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 Banana

1 tbsp Raw Honey

1/2 cup 1% milk (or as preferred)

1/2 bottle (7.6oz) Odwalla – Chocolate Protein Shake

2 ice cubs

HOW TO MAKE:

Step 1

Add all of your ingredients together in a blender.

Step 2

Blend till smooth.

Serve in a glass and enjoy!
