When you buy pre-made smoothies they mostly consist out of sugar and are generally full of calories your body doesn’t need.
Making your own smoothies is much more cost-efficient and YOU control what goes in them. It is a great way to consume the nutrients your body needs.
I personally don’t always like to eat bananas, but I love my banana smoothies.
Smoothies is one of my favorite types of breakfast, whether it is a blueberry, banana oatmeal or strawberry smoothie. They are a great kick-start to a healthy new day!
Your own smoothies you make at home is just sooo much better, because everything you put in is your own choice and your health depends on no one else but YOU!
Make sure the ingredients you put in, is of benefit to you and good nutrition. Try to stay as organic as possible and always keep in mind it is easier to intake a liquid and you can sometimes intake much more than you normally would; Like for example it is easier drinking a smoothie with a apple, banana and some strawberries and oatmeal in, but if your where to eat all that you probably won’t be able to eat as much or even all of it at one sitting. Therefore always keep in mind the amount of what you put in your smoothie as well.
Smoothies can be a great benefit for taking in the nutrition you need. YOU know what YOU need, so make those smoothies YOURSELF the way YOU desire for YOUR benefit!
