SERVE 1
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 avocado mashed
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
2 ounces white tuna drained
spinach leaves (as desired)
1 slice whole wheat bread
seeds (your choice)
HOW TO MAKE:
Step 1
Mix avocado with some lime juice.
Step 2
Place your drained white tuna on your slice of bread, then top with avocado and add some spinach leaves.
Step 3
Garnish with your favorite seeds like for example sesame seeds.
Enjoy this healthy lunch sandwich that is filled with great nutrition value for your body to maintain the nutrients and energy your body needs.
